Are your pest control treatments safe for children and pets?
We use the same products that other companies have access to and use. We are licensed and trained professionals that apply the products according to product label requirements.
How often should I get my property assessed for pests
We provide seasonal services based on the needs of your home, not wasted winter treatments that don't do anything for you. We will assess your home during every service and recommend inspections based on our findings. Annual assessments should be your minimum.
Can Bullpen Pest Control provide services after business hours?
Yes, we can provide services for more urgent matters after-hours, but we do want our staff to have a healthy work/life balance, so we may decline based on availability. We also after-hours services for commercial clients to ensure minimal disruption.
What is the duration of a typical pest control treatment?
An initial treatment visit may last from 45min to 2 hours, while more comprehensive treatments may take longer. Maintenance services usually last from 30min to 1 hour.
Do you offer any warantees with your services?
Yes, we offer warantees. If pests return between scheduled visits, we will provide additional treatments for covered pests at no extra cost to ensure the problem is effectively resolved.
